I wonder if you guys just making up acronyms as you go:D

pp is previous poster (or parenting payment)

spc I think may be a member's username abbreviated

And I have no idea what cl is :)

My guess is cl = Centrelink

PES is Pensioner Education Suppliment it's a centerlink (CL lol) thing for single parents when they study
