Hi,

This is my 6th pregnancy and it's the first time we've managed to get as far as seeing blob with a heartbeat at 7w 2d. I'm now about 8w 4d. I'm due around 11th March. My previous 5 have ended in m/c - all blighted ovums and tests have not revealed the cause. I'm taking low dose aspirin this time.

Initially I had sore boobs and nausea started about a week ago and got really bad last weekend but the last 3 days, minimal nausea and the sore boobs have stopped although they are still bigger than normal. I'm really worried this is a bad sign. I got horrible cramps like AF last week which lasted on and off for 3 days but no bleeding. they've started again.

Can you March girls share your experience of symptoms with me? I've never gone this far before so I don't know what is "normal" Guess I'm just looking for some reassurance!

thanks,
Katie

Well my boobs havent got any bigger but my nipples got sore and that has stopped in the past few days. This happened with my last pg too and the doc said that these symptoms come and go..i wouldnt start to freak out yet! Maybe you could just ask to go and see a Midwife or Dr and that might put your mind at ease..or maybe have another scan? I know thaey arent cheap but if your concerned then it will put your mind at ease at least..:fingerscrossed: Im sure everything is fine! Please let us all know how you get on!
p.s Have you checked in at the March 2007 piggys group? If not come and join us and you will find so much support an info!

Hi,

jazzysmum - thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I couldn't get in for a scan and we're going away for a week today on an extended family holiday so I'm just going to have to try to relax. I've got a scan booked for when we get back. The cramps have stopped again thankfully, I was hoping the boobs would get sore again but they haven't. I know I'm probably being paranoid but with my record I just can't help it. Anyway, it's nice to have someone to chat to and I will pop in to the piggys group!

Relaxing is the best thing you could do...the less stress the better for you and the baby.

I have very sensitive nipples, this feeling comes and gos and my breasts are a little bigger and every now and then I get crampy, especially after sex. The morning sickness has lessened, I'm still very tired! I find that when the morning sickness stops, I start to feel better all round but I definately get cramps and a sore back if I have been on my feet too long without an afternoon rest (which I need everyday). If I have any stresses, then I usually feel worse.

Hope you have a great break...I love getting out of the city into the fresh country air.
