Post partum pads anyone?

Hi, just bought two Twinkle Lily post partum pads, but am wondering if I could get by with these two and my regular "heavy" pads after baby is born... has anyone got any advice using cloth after birth? Also, is it worth buying the Scarlet Secret? I've read it's also good for getting stains out of cloth nappies... :confused:

I think any overnight pads are the best. The first week after I had my baby I used the overnight Always maxi pads the thick ones then after that I used the long thin Always Maxi pads.
