Zucchini Slice Recipe

ok girls,
I want a yummy recipe for this please, i cant remember how i used to make it!!!!!

375g zucchini grated.
1 large onion finely chopped
5 eggs lightly beaten
half a cup of oil.
3 rashers of bacon finley chopped
1 cup of self raising flour
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste.

1. combine zucchini, onion, bacon, cheese, sifted flour, oil and eggs
2. season with salt and pepper
3. pour into a well greased time (approx 16cm by 26cm)
4. Bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes (or until cooked through and golden on top)

this is a great recipe! my dd loves it!!! very quick anddimple to make!
you dont have to add the bacon, onion or salt and pepper if you dont want! still tastes great!!!

That's pretty much what I use too, though lately I have been kinda whinging it and it has still turned out fine, I've been using w/m flour and less oil and cheese too.

i think you can play around with it a bit... less iol and cheese etc (ive doen the same thing and it still tastes fine!!!

i also have a gluten/ fructose free recipe too if you want that?

I also add carrot.
