I bought ds a little starter set today which he is into. In the box there was a brochure of different sets you can get but the one I like I have never seen in a shop. Is there anywhere online I can buy duplo that would have a bigger range?

Check the online toy shops, especially the educational or hobby type ones. Most of them have a pretty good range.
