I'm using my stack cooker for the first time tonight; I'm going to do potatoes on the bottom, carrots and broccoli on the top. I have been told when I to do potatoes I just need to cut them as normal but not cover them with water. Does this sound right cause I did not get the instruction book with it.

Well it work :D
I just put a table spoon of water in with the potatoes, carrots and broccoli and they tasted really yummy :chef:
If its one of the steamers/stack cooker, and u fill a part in the bottom with water, then no, shouldnt have to add water to the vegies in each level

If you want to cook in the microwave use the Tupperware Stack Cookers.
It's fab and there is a Tupperware cookbook that tells you what and how you can cook in the Stack Cooker!
