Going crazy!!!

well my DH has been in north WA since december woking in the mines and at first i was kinda exited you know the moneys great and he is workin 4 weeks on 1 week off schedule but when he went back after xmas they told him they had to scatter the return trips home so i didnt see him for 8 weeks!!! it really sucks because he is such a hands-on dad to and our DD whos 20 months is always daddy daddy to every car driving past every man on tv, it feels horrible coz im used to having him around. and im a mobile hairdresser but lost my lisence (dam public holidays!! i was only ten ks over!!) so beacause im used to working and bubs been in day care since she was 3 months old so ive always had that lil break to go do shopping or something before i pick her up but now im not working and have no lisence i had to take her out of child care and we r stuck inside the house all day we cnt even visit anyone!! im enjoying having the time with her but im watchng the clock constantly because were getting so bored!!
i just wish he wasnt so far away to like, i cant even talk to him much because hes in the middle of nowhere.
and man does she play up when hes back holy moly doesnt he realise toddlers shouldent eat honeysoy chicken chips for breakfast just coz he wants it?? OMG

grrrr just wanted to vent because im going stir crazy and Hi-5 is doing my head in right now.

Where abouts do you live? My partner left on Tues - on the Gorgon Project! he is doing 4 weeks on 1 week off! and bloody hell its hard! I have only been in wa for 5 months originally from Sydney so I dont have any1 but my 3 year old girl, I dont drive so I know how your feeling. Hopefully it can only get easier

hes 80k south of karratha on sino project
and i live in ipswich, QLD so very far :(

was thinkin about moving but the rent is just crazy in karratha-nuthing under 1500 for a rental! thats just mad!! but i guess rich miners will pay it-not us we wanna buy a house so saving like mad.

and even if i went to perth i wouldnt know anyone and i would still only see him every weekend maybe and have to pay for flights so its pretty succy.

but i miss him sooooo much. i hate taking the bin out and killing the spiders :crying:
