Got it for DS nearly 2 weeks ago, and his skin is now clear where it was red, inflammed and bleeding.
It is a mineral salt solution for oral use, and a cream for topical use, together with me taking 6000mg of fish oil per day (He's breastfed).
I got it from a compounding pharmacy who make their own lotions and potions the way chemists used to years ago.
