It is such a wonderful and exciting time in your life.
My name is Shannon, I am 34 years old, have 3 children (after a somewhat harrowing journey) and I am a 1st year Midwifery Student from the Macedon Ranges area.
It is a requirement of my course that I attend a minimum of 2 ante-natal appointments & visit, or have telephone contact, with the woman at least twice in the post-natal period and hopefully build such a rapport so as to enable her and her family to feel comfortable enough for me to attend her labour & birth.
If you are in Melbourne, particularly the western suburbs or the Macedon Ranges and are happy to share your pregnancy journey with a Midwifery student then I would love to hear from you.
