watery yellow dioareah

Hi...
my 6mth ds has yellow liquid poo...since yesterday morning,he is still happy,playing eating ect.
he had his needles monday arvo..could this be a cause?

should I take him back to the drs?

That sounds like that nappies that my kids get/got when they have their needles. So I'd say its normal.

Does yours have an medicine vaccination as well when they're there? My DS does and every time he has it, the nurse says "this'll come through in his nappies for a few days." I presume thats what she means.
