Phil and Teds Sport Problem

Hi there, I have been using my new phil and teds sport for 6mths. Now when I go to collapse it the little buttons you push in are all loose and it will not collapse. Has anyone else had this problem with theirs???

I had some trouble with mine today - I had to pull the little black buttons up and then try again a few times. Give that a go maybe?

I only had that problem once and it was because something had jammed in the frame when I put it up.

I've had that problem a few times, I just fiddle around with them for awhile until they start to feel like they are more 'springy' again iykwim. Not sure why it happens.
