My DD2 is 13 months and i struggle with ideas for snacks for her.She is Lactose / Milk Intolerant so I cannot give her cheese or yoghurts like i did with DD1, also DD2 is not a huge eater either.
She is a grazer and it feels like i constantly feed her all day ( except when asleep).

Any Ideas??

my ds is 15 months and lactose intolerant and cant have dairy or soy. so i relate alot to this.
he enjoys fruit. if your DD is up to finger foods maybe try some fruit that isnt too hard for her to feed herself? like bannana.
you can get lactose free youghurts and soy yoghurts if your dd is able to eat these.:)

I make things like pikelets with sultanas in them, mini apple or pear muffins.

She also likes rice cakes and loves her fruit as well. I buy the orgran brand custard powder and make that up with goats milk occasionaly too. My dd loves it.

Thanks for that. She cannot eat any yoghurt, she either is sick not long after or it comes out the other end and not a nice one ( sorry TMI).
I give her the custard with no dairy one and she has it with her Digestilac Formula and she LOVES it.

Thanks again.

Hi,
Have you tried lightly steamed vegies(carrot sticks, broccili, beans) with Homus (or advo) to dip it in? My kids liked that around that age. Or dried fruit soaked in a little OJ or water to soften it a little.

My DD loves custard , but i try not to give it to her too much. I tries Lactose Free yoghurt too and it still does not agree with her either.
Yoghurts are so good as a snack to give too.

Cold pasta without sauce or with just a little tomato sauce. Pieces of ham or other soft meat. Raisins. A handful of butter beans (from a tin, just rinse them off).
