I need to move DS into a new one as his Turn-a-Tot will be used for newbie.

I have a Jazz and need one that's fairly compact, don't want anything with gimmicky stuff on it like drink holders and speakers etc.

It also needs to have a firly tall back, cause DS is a tall skinny boy like his dad and I don't want him to grow to tall for it before he reaches the weight limit.

Any suggestions?

We have the Safe N Sound Galaxy Sport in our spare car (hatchback).
It's a convertible car seat (RF to 12kgs), and was quite cheap (less than $200)

Safe N Sound also have the Compaq Deluxe which is, again convertible. It was a little out of our price range for a 2nd seat, at about $350-$400.

I'm not 100% sure of the height of the back, but you might be able to find the info online, maybe on the britax site?

Safe & sound compaq deluxe!!

I have 6 of them so they cant be to bad. Lol.

Their the only seats we can comfortably fit in our cars, designed for small cars & multiples.

Depending on what weight and age he will be by the time newbie comes along safe n sound has a few to chose from
this is a convertible

or you could get a standard maxi rider

or with the AHR too

they are tall and skinny, and the AHR goes up higher than the back of the seat aswell, im planning on ours to last DD for good! i know it'd fit your car cos i have one and had to squeeze it into the back of a getz before and another even smaller car!

Yep, I third the Compaq Deluxe....

That's what I had for DD when she was younger.... was quite a space shock going from that to a Maxi-Rider...
