Any idea's????

Need sleep!!!
Faith my 10mth old was sick a couple of weeks ago.
Now she wakes up every couple of hours with a very sad cry.
:hugs:But when i pick her up she goes back to sleep in a couple of minutes. If I don't pick her up she well stay awake crying for an hour or so:crying: .
We cut her sleeps back to only two 20min sleeps (day time)
Any Idea's? has anyone else had this trouble?????
I really need sleep, she was sleeping at lest 5-6hours a night:banghead:

Hi there and welcome to bubhub! You could try to settle her in her cot! Turn her on her side and pat her bum, make sure she is facing away from you and do the whole Shhhhhhhhhhh thing! Good luck

Does she take a dummy, FM - my favourite !

Has she been teething - my 7mth has the sad cry every couple of hours for that. I plug the dummy in but if I know before he goes to bed, I use gel and he lasts longer. Patting his head in soft circles works, too, without getting him up.

How warm is she ? It's been so cold off and on recently that perhaps being a little bit warmer might help her feel more snug.

My suggest is buy the CD "Sounds of Silence" avaliable at Baby Bunting - it is a miracle worker - track 4 and 6 work for me when Chanel is crying, sick or teething - it is amazing how it works! For $20 it was the best purchase i ever made

Thank you everyone for your help
Faith is sleeping longer at night,
I've place a pillow in her cot and it seems to be helping her breath better.
She still wakes up but she's not as upset as she has been,
as for dummy's she hates them we have 6 different one's around the house, same with bottles.

The other thing I have noticed is she is very warm all the time and her dad is the same I have to move away from him in summer because he just cooks me,
its good for winter he keeps me warm,
but I was surpised Faith being so little, that she can also be so warm
