I am not from Tassie, but soon after we had our baby over 12 mths ago, I remember a couple who emailed myself several times, who were from Tassie, and had twins from memory in Mumbai.

I am not sure why the Tassie aspect is so important for you? If really important, I can potentially contact the couple and see if they may assist you.
