i emailed a few agencies today to see if DS will be offered a spot :) tin lids was one of them :) i have only heard good things about tin lids. i already got a reply from an agency i emailed last week saying their books were full at the moment :(

i didnt hear back from tin lids for about a week, but lochie has had work from them already (been with them 3months) so its know just a wait and see, to see if 1 they used his shot (august 10 baby target in the elmo suit) and 2 if we get more work.

:) a week isnt too bad for a reply i once got a reply almost 3 weeks later and i was sort of confused as to what they were on about in the email lmao (preggy brain affected me lol)

I wouldn't worry. I'm sure from memory I read on Tin Lids site to allow a few weeks for a reply. I got a reply the following day after sending my application which caught me by surprise. I wasn't expecting one so soon. It simply would depend on how busy they are at any one time. I know how hard it is to wait though. I think you would get a reply (either negative or positive) at the same time regardless, so it I wouldn't think the time frame means anything - and after all it hasn't been that long has it?

Don't stress, it took about 3 weeks for me to get a reply from Tinlids. By that time I had given up hope and then got a lovely surprise when he was offered a place with them. She did tell me that she gets about 30 talent applications a day so I guess it takes time to go through them all and it depends on how busy they are. Good luck. I did notice that your ds is over 12months, when I was in for my interview I was told that my ds was the last bub (under 12mnths) that she would put on until feb next year. Things could well have changed though as this was about 2 months ago. Anyway I do know how you feel re being impatient.......it gets even worse when you are waiting to see if they get any work! I have decided to forget about it now and go with the flow,if we get a call, we get a call!Best of luck and please keep us posted:fingerscrossed:

I emailed Tin Lids last Thursday Morning & got a reply back that same afternoon, I enquired for my 5 year old daughter & 7 month old son, they said they sent a congrats letter for my daughter but said no for my son (not at this time, but maybe later on).
Now I've just gotta get the cash together & fill out the application.
