What is this feeling?

So im pretty sure im not preg i had AF on the 1st of feb to the 4th of feb so i am on cd19 (nov and dec my cycles we 29 days and my jan cycle was 28 days, i've had extremely watery CM since the 12th of feb and it is still really watery) but all of today i have felt this popping or bursting bubble feeling in my lower abdomin, and its extremely annoying but i was thinking about it and i remember a friend i have IRL that has PCOS and said she could feel the cysts popping.

So i guess my question is.. What is the feeling?

The only time I've felt anything like that it's been either a baby moving in the early weeks (i.e. after 12, before 18) or gas in my lower intestine (particularly noticeable shortly before it herniated).

I had a hernia removed when i was 5y.o, it was about 15cm long and it was on my lower abdomin.

I dount that has anything to do with it. I only felt the gas more with mine because that bit of my intestine was closer to the skin since it was on it way to popping out from behin the muscle wall. Now it's been repaired the intestine is back where it should be.

I am pretty sure if you have cysts burst its fairly painful from what I have been told by friends who have had it and what I have read...someone correct me if I am wrong please...

Could always take a test just to make sure you arent pregnant..some ladies still get their period and are pregnant..
