I am fairly new to using cloth, so bare with me, lol

I have been using cloth fitted nappies during the day for months now but I don't believe they would last a whole night, so we are using 1 disposable a night until I get a goof fitted nappy for night times...

I am in need of a good nappy that will last all night and will last my daughter right through to toddlerhood, she is 8kg right now....any help would be great!:fingerscrossed:

there aren't a lot of one size night nappies, but you might be fine with a medium or large in most night nappies. And wool covers make a huge difference.
Two known to work overnight are:
www.babybeehinds.com.au (hemp or bamboo option, one size)
www.ericanappies.com.au (simply nights, sized)
Often the basic nappies, eg. beehinds hemp, will work over night, you just need to add extra boosting to it, between the nappy and the cover.
Maybe try there to start, and do a search here for night nappy suggestions?

I use bamboo overnight, either Baby Beehinds, or Tots Bots Bamboozles. I cover them with either fleece or wool, and it lasts 11-ish hours. My boy hates feeling wet, so he will not resettle with a wet nappy, but overnight he wakes for a feed and goes straight back to sleep afterwards. He doesn't get a rash either. Obviously if he was getting a rash or getting unsettled, I would change his nappy - but so far this is working for us!!!

I've won a VBSN on ebay so am waiting for that, I've heard wonderful things about them too!!

I have a tots bots bamboozle which is great and will be getting some BBH bamboo for next bub.

the tots bots come in two sizes 1 and 2, i have the size 2 for Jarrah at it is quite big and he is 10kg, so you might not get away with only one size for you daughter if you by a tots bots.

if i were you i'd go a Baby Beehinds, will fit to toddler-hood and quick drying
