Hi Everyone,

Would love to join your forum. I am almost 24 wks with twins (#2 & 3 children) & living in the Hawkesbury area in Sydney.
I am wondering if anyone knows of any Ante Natal classes specifically for multiple births? I have contacted the local AMBA & they have suggested that maybe Nepean does, so I will call them to find out, but if that fails, I would love to know if anywhere else in Sydney runs them.
As I have a child & my sister has twins, I am not so concerned about the birth, but these 2 are my partners first children so I think it would be really helpful for him to attend so he knows what to expect. (and how to help me if worst case scenario happens..)
Appreciate for any advice anyone can offer, thanks..

Sadly, not alot of hospitals have them. They expect you to jump in with everyone else & hope for the best. For me that wasnt enough & i never made it the hospital run ones.

John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle had a midwife (also a triplet mum) running them for a while but now the MBA runs them, still by the same Middy.

If you want to come for a drive, there is one running next month.

PM if you'd like any more info.

Hi There... Westmeade Hospital has them...but they are not very frequent...so it would be a good idea to contact them soon to see when the next one is, also I cant remember exactly how much but they are not very cheap. I didnt get to attend because by the time I realised there was one, the next class didnt start until I would have been 34 weeks.
