Opinions Needed - ***TMI WARNING***

Ok so something weird is going on and I need the wonderful TTC's help! :detective:

History
I always have 'normal' 28 day cycles, day 29 (or day 1) AF always arrives. Very heavy bleeding for 3 or 4 days and then maybe spotting for 1 day. Always lots of cramping in the first day and ewwww lots of clots.

This cycle
I have been having major preg symptoms since about day 20. On day 29th AF haddnt arrived and I got a faint positive on a HPT, nothing the next day when I tested. On day 31 (Fri) I thought AF had arrived, lots of bleeding and cramps. BUT on day 32 (Sat) I only had spotting and today I have nothing. When I was bleeding there were no clots or anything just blood. And I still have my symptoms and my temp is still high.

So was it AF?
Could I still be pregnant?
Am I just crazy?

Hey Vespera,

Well with my forst PG I didn't realise I wsa PG until the 3rd month as AF still arrived, looking back on it ot was only for 1-2 days and a lot lighter than I normally had- but I still got it (I even had clotts just not as many as I normally do.)
My DS is now 7 and a half and is a healthy happy boy - So you never know.

I would go and Get a BT, you may still be PG, If your anything like me ( and what you described (28 day cycle heavy clotty bleeding) sounds exactly like me - I would be very suspicious to have just a 1- 2 day AF.

I hope that what happened to me is what is happening to you.

VES...ooohhhh.....don't wanna get your hopes up, but I agree...def a possibility. Get a BT done like tomorrow!!! :yelclap: It could be implantation bleeding....they say its spose to be very light BUT thats not always the case.

Like Marcel's mum, with my second pgy, I didn't realise I was pg till about 10 weeks because I had had a super light period that had gone on for about a month....so def a possibly. My :fingerscrossed: for you.......

Have you POAS again - did you use FMU on day 30, maybe day 30s it was a little to diluted ?

Well I cant get into the Dr til Wed so I will do a HPT test tomorrow. Was too scared today :no:

So tomorrow would make me Day 35 and 20DPO

Hey girls sorry for the delay. Actually had to do some work this morning! How rude :)

Well we did the HPT this morn and nada :gloomy:

Not even a faint line. God I dont know whats going on with my body. I feel so :barf: and tired, couldnt sleep last night as my body 'felt wrong' ha ha like that makes any sense.

Anyway I guess I'll go to the Dr's tomorrow and after he says 'what again?' I'll see what the bloods say.

Well the Dr's just rang and they need to reschedual (sp?) my appointment to Friday :gloomy: He has some kind of thing tomorrow and thursdays he works at another clinic grrrr grrrr grrrr

So when we went shopping I snuck some first response tests into the basket. Haa haa Dh didnt see them til we unpacked the shopping!

So we will test tomorrow.............. :fingerscrossed:

:laughing: I think with the roller coaster us girls are on, being a moody little cow at these time is perfectly acceptable - in fact people should be happy when were just moody little cows and not the full blown :devil6: woman (all ways wanted to use that icon! And how rude of that Dr not to be sitting and waiting for you to see him.

Well used a first response test this morning and nothing so now I just think I am being silly.

Maybe it was just a weird period, nothing more, nothing less

Grrrrr

I'll still keep my app with the Dr but not holding out any hope.

I had a couple of weird cycles like that during my TTC period. Normally at least a few days of heavy bleeding but I would only get one day at most. Sometimes this was after a faint BFP too. I honestly think it is just all the hormones causing crazy things just to annoy us.

Although fingers crossed this is not the case for you!!!!

Let us know what happens, good luck with it all. Having a blood test sounds like a good idea.
