:devil6: :yelclap: Hi my name is Liz and i'm a first time mum at 24.
My little girl is now 10mths and has way to must energy for someone so little.
My partner Charles and I live half an hour apart from each other and plan on getting married next year.
Because I've worked full-time for the last 8 years i find that I have to get out of the house most of the time and Faith seems to love going out to new places we went to a couple of baby shows run by some lady's in the cerebral palsy league for funraising and she has won alot of trophy's.
Only thing is she looks nothing like me just her dad.

Faith was sick a couple of weeks ago and now she's not sleeping.
She wakes up every couple of hours with a very sad cry.
But when I pick her up in a couple of minutes she just falls asleep.
She use to a lest give me 5-6 hours a night(I'm still breast feeding)
Any idea???? I really need some sleep....
I've cut her down too only two 20min sleeps a day...

Is she able to breathe well through her nose? Sometimes they find it hard to sleep when they are snuffly.
If she is well physically, she may be unsettled and finding it hard to get to sleep and stay asleep, after being sick.
My beautiful 11 week old, Samantha, is sleeping well now after we bought her a battery operated swing. She slept for a few hours today, and she sleeps really well at night. But a few weeks ago, she seemed to feed all day. I am breastfeeding too. My little William didn't seem to stay on the breast all day, but Sarah, Maverick and Harrison did. They used the breast as comfort. It was hard to get any work done.
I recommend you see your clinic sister if you are worried. I know it is stressful when babies don't want to sleep or settle. Poor little thing. She is probably just unsettled after having been sick. Make sure you eat and drink properly, to keep up your supply. As long as Faith is wetting lots of nappies, and has smooth healthy looking skin, and you can tell she is getting milk out of your breasts, she should be all right, but if you are worried about your supply you might need to talk to your clinic sister. I am sure you would have enough milk, but I myself have worried about my supply at times and I can give you a few hints on increasing supply if you like.

When they are unsettled they can get more and more exhausted, and it's a vicious circle. :hugs:
