TBH it never even occurred to me that it was Valentines day lol. I just saw it as my cousin's wedding anniversary and sent her a text saying "Happy Anniversary. Hope you were spoilt" :laughing:

I was actually feeling really bummed out during the leadup to Valentines Day this year, it's the first one in about 20 years that I've got nothing... and it would have marked 15 years if the ex and I were still together....

BUT... I had a great day today, felt great about being single!! :D

yeah I felt teh same really.. first v day in 10 years without somebody so feeling rather sucky.. glad it's over! :(

I woke up and didn't realise until my friend asked me to go to church and everyone was talking about what they got *kicked in the gut*

So i took DS out for a lovely lunch and called it mummy and son day hehe

For the first time in my life I enjoyed valentines day. I spent it with my other single friends, we went out as a group for a lovely dinner while our paired friends did their own couple thing.

I also got to spend it with the love of my life. My first baby who I adore already at only 5 weeks and 3 days. It is a long way to go before I meet my little one in this world.

I am very excited. Single and I know i will be hard but I look forward to meeting that little person whom I've nicknamed my peewee.
