Octoplasty advice - ears sticking out

Hi - our 4 year old's ears really stick out and we are looking at getting them pinned back this year before he starts school. Does anyone know of a good and reputable surgeon in Canberra? The one that was recommended to me had now moved to Sydney - and we have a newborn, so don't want to have to travel that far for the consultation just yet.
All experiences/advice welcome please.
