Hi there,
I am a 24 year old mum to Jakeb, and my husband and I have just found out that we are pregnant (only just! nearly 5 weeks!).
I would love to chat to other young Mum's. We live in Melton, which is not far from Melbourne. I used to be a working Mum, but since finishing work I am missing chatting to other adults!!
