How long did your morning sickness last?

Just interested to see how long your ms lasted with each child or if you even had it with each child.

With DS1 I was sick the entire time that I was pregnant. I only felt normal again once I birthed the placenta. It wasn't fun at all.

With DS2 I was mildly sick until 3 months and then I felt pretty good afterwards.

about 11 weeks with my 1st, 12 with my 2nd and 3rd. not fun at all AND my first 2 were girls and this one is supposed to be a boy so i got ripped off lol.

Morning sickness is supposed to be a sign that your hormones are raised and is a good sign that there will be no loss of bubs because the hormones make the embryo stick better (not very medical terms haha) but i'm not actually sure how true it is except of my own experience because I have never miscarried and always had morning sickness. so it could be a possibility

With Keiara I was sick really bad for the first trimester (lost 10 kilos)

It wasn't as bad in the second trimester and was basically gone by the time I delivered.

i found that when I went away and missed a few days of taking the iron tablets I was not sick so stopped taking them after 6 months and was fine.

With this pregnancy I think I threw up about 7 times in the first trimester and that was it.

I got morning sickness until 14wks.

I got morning sickness for about 3 weeks. I didn't throw up but I felt nauseous all day, everyday.

With all 4 pregnancies the m/sickness started very early and lasted untill I was 6-7 months.
Vomiting bile all day every day. I lived off drinking ice (I got from woolies), had to drive with a bucket under my chin, lived locked in my bedroom away from all the smells...not nice :(

omg, i feel for those who had to go through the entire pregnancy coping with MS. i had it til i was around 18 weeks pregnant with the odd re-occurrence here and there. :(

With DS1 I only got slight morning sickness in the first tri only. Second and third pregnancies it lasted the whole way up until I gave birth :(

the worst was between 7-15 weeks, however throughout the whole pregnancy i would randomly vomit every couple of days, no nausea, just OMG I GOING TO VOMIT:barf:

I was sick every day for the entire pregnancy & even all through my labour! Ended up in hospital a few times, not much fun :(But it was worth it for my beautiful little girl. In saying that, i'm terrified of feeling like that if i ever get pregnant again!

2nd pregnancy it lasted for the entire time, stopped the morning after I had little man2

this pregnancy so far out of 25wks, I have thrown up for 20wks...not looking promising....:(

About 5 months both babies, I was so sick! Just vomited all day and night in between trying to force myself to eat.

With DS I had it badly until about 16 weeks, then I felt reasonably ok (never great, though).

With DD I had it badly until 20 weeks, then felt very ordinary virtually every day until she was born:barf:.

With my first I never had any...with this current pregnancy I was sick til 18 weeks.

I said "the whole pregnancy" but then said 8 months as well because DD was born at 36 weeks.
