Naming Day Help

Hi All,

I am organising a naming day for my new daughter. It isn't until July, but I want to send "Keep this date free" cards out to all the guests as some will be coming from interstate and want to give them plenty of notice so they can book flights etc. But I am stuck on what wording I should put on these cards. It is basically only to inform them to put this date on their calender. All the final details will be on the invites when I get around to making them.

Can anyone give me some suggestions???

Hmmmm, short and simple, just let them know what they need to know and no more.

Maybe something like:

"Mary and John would love you to save the date on July 14th 2010 for their daughter's christening in Newcastle, NSW. Invitation to follow."
