Hi,
It sounds like it could be, My DG started at 12mths and it took about 4 weeks for 1st molar to come through, in the day she was fine BUT nights were...are still a nightmare she is 20 ths and got all 4 now and 2 eye teeth with 2 more to go its so painful for her:crying: she has a lot of trouble at night she wakes and has a lot of trouble getting back to sleep. Bonjela and nurofen help some times!!!
I think its almost over Yipppee:fingerscrossed: But DG2 (5mths) just got 2 and is cutting another 2..going to start all over again LOL
Ds recently had 8 teeth come through at once  poor thing, 4 of them were molars. He is 18 months. It was awful for him.......... and us.

MJ has just cut her first molar, top right  She grabbed the bonjella off me last night & tried to chew the tube. She was so upset :crying: I put bonjella on my finger & she layed there while i rubbed her gums, then she pulled out my finger & wanted more.
Poor bubbies :hugs: , I hate teething

I think you can get Dymatap or something similar from the chemist. I find panadol to be useless, it hypes MJ up. I used to have the same reaction as a littlie.
Hope you find something to help :hugs:
Just an after thought, i've heard that lemon juice or capsicum is good for teething too. I've never tried it but.

isnt dimetapp a cold and flu medicine lol
never heard about lemon juice or capscicum. really cold baby juice seems to help a bit. panadol isnt much help it gets him a bit drowsy and if he has ventalin he is hypo from that so he gets overtired and cranky :(

It's not medicinal but I've heard that giving bubs and ice cube to suck on helps as it numbs the gum for a little while. I think my LO is getting another tooth at the moment too, they just don't seem to stop...
