Looking for a mothers group!

Hi there, i was wondering if anyone knows of a mothers group i might be able to join? We just moved back to Adelaide in Nov last year.

I'm 35yrs old 1st time mum & our daughter is now 9.5 months old. I'm in North Plympton but don't mind travelling.

i have a son, levi, who is now 10 months. and like u, i'm trying to find a mothers group, or some kind of activities around your/my area to do with my son.

ill be interested in catching up if u like.

I've got a list of playgroups around the area but thats it so far. I have a choice of 2 playgroups we can go to as most are on Fridays & DD goes to CC on Fridays.

I'd be up for catching up. Probably won't be doing much this week though as my DD is sick.

Hi, yeah i rang up that playgroup number as well and got a few places around this area as well, like u said most are on Fridays. I've found a couple on Thursdays, and i'm suppose to be going to one today (Tues), starts at 10am, but my baby is fighting his morning sleep STILL and its just gone 10:15am now. I hope he falls asleep SOON, so we can still get to Playgroup today.

I hate being stuck inside the house, i like to get out and do as much as possible with him.

Hope your bubba gets well soon, Levi (my son) was sick all last week with a cold. Better now thou.

Let me know when ur free and we'll try and catch up.

Hello There.

Just joined this forum and thought I would let you both know .. and anyone else interested .. I do a regular catch up with some other girls at my place once a week.

Between us there are six children between the ages of 2 1/2yrs and 6mths old. W have been meeting sice last year and the kids have a ball.

If your interested let me know. We meet on a Monday from 11am till about 1pm. I supply lunch and a snack. Have a play area suitable outside and inside. Have a wading pool up when the whether is suitabl. And have swings, large sandpit and cubby that the kids play with. When the whether is bad we do play dough, colouring, toys etc.. inside.
