Ballarat Anyone?

Hi All,

Im just wondering if there is any mums in the ballarat area that would like to make some new friends.
I have a dd that is 1 year old and another baby due any day now.
Im looking for some new friends for dd aswell that she play with etc. I do know some people in Ballarat but a few of them are moving out of ballarat so ill be alone.

I have tried play groups but the ones ive been to are a little judgementle i found.

Thank you for the Congratulations.
I went to Ballarat Base for both my bub's but if i ever have anymore children im never going there again :no: Wasnt to happy with the way they treated me and my partner.
I live 5 Mins from lake Wendouree On the hospital side.
I know what you mean about losing friends when you leave school. But i didnt go to school in Ballarat. I've only been here for 2 years. Also i lost alot of friends once i had my daughter as they didnt understand that i couldnt do everything i use to do before having DD.

Yeah I had the same problem at the Ballarat Base Hospital, I won’t be going there for my next baby. They have no idea what they are doing there & I am still suffering the consequences of there lack of knowledge & bad decisions :hissy:
Wow so your not very far away at all like 10min away.
Yeah not a lot of people I know my age have kids yet which does make it hard because they don’t understand when you have kids your priorities change.

How are you handling having a toddler & a little bub?
We are talking about trying for a second baby soon, very exciting! :smiliedance:
