Not sleeping anymore.

My DD is almost 6 months old and for the past 3 weeks she was been waking constantly during the night. She tosses and turns until she ends up waking herself. On top of that she wakes a couple of times a night and thinks it's play time.
DD usually sleeps 6-6. I tried a dreamfeed and she just keep pushing the bottle away, she wasn't interested at all.
Does anyone know anything that could help? I'm a walking zombie atm.

do you co sleep or sleep in her room?

i foudn the same thing with my little one. and i would be up all night watchin gher waiting for her to wake up. i moved her away from my bed and i finally got some sleep lol

I co sleep with her and it was always the best thing for us!! But now she hadn't learned to self settle. Its horrible going for 12 hours straight to 12 hours broken!!
