I just noticed on DD1's arm their is red lumps x 2. Also noticed them on DD2's head & ear last night. This morning they've doubled in size on DD1.

They dont disappear when pushed so i dunno.

Mosquito bites?

If a rash doesn't go away when pressed then they worry about meningococcal disease, but I think that only refers to flat rashes, not lumps.

Could it be mozzie bites? DS gets these from time to time and because he doesn't scratch at them they just stay as a small lump, but if he heats up they can get a littl ebigger and redder.

Could Be mozzies, their windows have been open n they don't have screens. A has a GP appointment at 11 after last weeks events.

DD gets lumps like that when she gets bitten by Mosquitos. We were told to give her kids Claratyne for three days and use pawpaw cream. If the itching gets really bad put some oats in a stocking and put it in the bath. Let us know how you go.

I use a plug in thingie in DS' room as he doesn't have screens either. I use it for myself as well, leaving doors and windows open, and don't get botten at all - they work really well and from what I read, are OK to use in baby's rooms. Can't remember what it's called, but I think it's mortein, and it's a plug in thing with littl eblue inserts you change daily.

They aren't scratching them. So can't be to bad, never thought of getting the plug in's. Will add them to today shopping list, I know the ones you mean. I had the same as a kid but it was purple.
