Not sure where to post this
I am wanting to know what other people do in thier mother/parneting groups?
Our bubbalouchies are only little and i can think of 101 things to do when they are a little more mobile but not quite sure now.
If anyone has some experiences or great ideas i would love to hear them
When our bubbas were only little we went to cafes and just chatted.... it was always nice to have that adult interaction and talk to other mums about feeding/sleeping/teething problems etc etc....
When our bubbas started to get restless in their prams we started at each others houses,
And now that we all have toddlers its houses, parks, playdays etc etc basically anywhere kids can run free and we can have coffee and chat and feel human again !!! :D
Also all of our group bar one is pregnant again ! so now we are a great pregnancy support group for each other too !
hi
when our bubs where under 6 months we went for coffee ,walks etc .
then after 6 months we went to parks put out rugs and let them played together.
if your bubs are all newborn or not moving away from you heres my little idea list .
# have a baby massage morning ,go to someones house and enjoy getting hands one with your bubs.
#get together and paint your bubs hand and feet to put on cards ,this can be hard to do alone an dalot of fun with friends ,you can also use fabric paint and put it on pillows make sure of cause that its non toxic ,if theres a few of you it shouldnt cost to much .
# have a i can t belive i wore that morning tea ,get everyone to bring a maternity outfit that they wore and some thing yummy to eat .
# find out what each others hidden talents are and take turns showing each other somethign new to do .eg : if your an account it show how to make a budget ,if your a florist how to arrange soem cheap flowers ,retail could be how to nicely fold clothing it should be fun and cheap .
# have a bbq lunch at he park .
its important to just meet have soem fun and enjoy each other.
good luck .
