Thankyou for that! It was very interesting. Well I guess it has opened my eyes in the fact that the costlier car seats are not the best it is the cheapest one of market that has the highest rating. Well I guess the Meridian AHR arent so good after all. Silly me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :banghead: :banghead: :mad:

I wouldn't be too upset with the Safe n Sound Meridian as it scored 2nd highest for 'protection from injury in a crash' for young children 8-18 kg's & for bubs under 9kg's it was still rated 'good all round crash protection and well above the AS requirements'.
