Hi! we are on our first cycle of TTC #2. Testing in 5 days so :fingerscrossed: .
It took about 4months for DD, so i am not getting my hopes up - I am expecting it to take about that again. But I can't help but get excited at the prospect.
A close friend who's DD is 2months older than mine told me today she is pregnant! I am sooo excited for her, but it also makes me want to pregnant again even more!! It was great to have someone to share all the gross & good pregnancy & baby stuff with, so it will be great to have someone so close share it again!
Lots & Lots of baby dust to everyone on the journey! I look fwd to sharing it with you.

DH & I are also trying to concieve #2. It's been about a year and a half of trying and today I went to see the Gyno. Have to have a blood test on day 21 and go back and see him in 6 weeks time to sign a form to have a Laparoscamy(sp???) done. It's taking ages to see anyone as we don't have private health cover. And all my mums in my mum's group are pregnant and about to pop too. Just feeling a little frustrated that we are having trouble concieving #2.
Anyway good luck to everyone else out there trying for a bub!!!:)

Same Perrywinkle. We are in our 5 month of trying and half of my mothers group is pregnant again, actually one had her second baby on Friday. It sucks doesn't it. They don't understand how hard it is for some people!
oh so nice to know so many of you out there it really can be fustrating cant it sometimes when my dd is playing up i wonder whether Im so ready and then I see a newborn baby and just want to take it home with me.definetely feeling the pressure now that it seems my entire antenatal class has either given birth in the last few weeks or is about to pop my best friend is due in six weeks I think maybe Im abit to aware of everyone now that Iwant one myself took eighteen months and then a miscarriage before I had my daughter so not expecting it to happen quickly.Definetly fun trying though:hugs: haha my hubby reckons its a shame if you get it first go he said he wants a few trys I just laughed at how a man can think of those bits and a woman sees the childs whole future oh well at least something to laugh about good luck and baby dust to all of you :fingerscrossed:

We are trying for #2 as well and, as with others here, it is taking longer this time around, very frustrating :banghead:
:fingerscrossed: for everyone trying for their second bundle of joy
Can i join the TTC #2
I have a 11month DS and we have been TTC for 5 months although I was PG 7 weeks ago but had a MC at 10 weeks so here we are again on the TTC.
With DS it took 4 months and 2 months with last PG so hoping it will be about the same time TC
We started trying as soon as we got the all clear from the OB but I have no idea on any of the dates as i have had no AF since MC (have done HPT got a BFN) so will have to wait and see how long it takes for the body to get back in to order
So to all you fine ladies :fingerscrossed: that we all get a BFP on the pee stick in AUG

Hi everyone!!
I thought I amy as well jump on the band wagon here too, since we have just decided to start trying for no.2 .
Our son is 15months old and gets so bored by himself I feel sorry for him!!
I am booked to have my mirena IUD taken out next Thursday, am so excited to start trying and am trying not to have any expectations of how long it will take.
It took us 2months first time which resulted in M/C at 7weeks and then another six months after that to concieve the little mister, so I'm not sure.
I look forward to following you all on your journey!!!
well the more the merrier I say on this thread that means lots of us to share this journey with highs and lows lots keeping all my bits crossed except the legs for everyone to get bfp's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

29-07-2006, 09:17
Yeah the more the merrier!!! I don't tend to talk about my feelings to my girls in my mum's group. Don't want to bore them with it as they are all pregnant!!! At least I can let my frustrations out on here and you guys know what I'm going through!!
Hope you all have a nice weekend, mum and I are painting the bathroom today so I'm going to be sore tonight and probably tomorrow as well:(
We're trying for #2 but might take a while as my AF is still on holidays :D but I am ovulating according to the DR but hard to time it so we're just taking it as it comes it will happen when it happens, my DD is only 4 months so plenty of time!

Hi -I am also trying for number 2 and have been since November last year, I had a M/C in June at 8 weeks, and AF has not yet made her appearance, (allthough my Dr said It was OK to start to try immediately so that is what we have done) I am now 9 days late but have had BFN's.
I hope something happens soon as my DS is already 7 years old, and I do not want hime to be in the double figures before a little brother or Sister is born
hey marcels mum I had bfn twicetwo weeks after af was due but got a bfp at the doctors with my dd 23mths the best think she said was you can always get false negative but not false positives if you use the tests right!!!tests can be so darn expensive and they just bore holes through my bathroom cupboard wanting me to use them wish you knew on day one even though that would make pregnancy quite long!!!!

hi, we are ttc number two as well. Af still is missing, we are down to 2-3 BFs a day, so that may be causing it, planning to stop BFing when DD is 1, but that's only like 5 weeks away!! this year has gone so fast. We have decided, since before DD to not use contraception indefinitley, so we're trusting God with ow many children we'll get:yes:
mouse and piglet - just curious, how did your doctor know you were ovulating? and how is that possible without AF?

Well AF is now 6 days late I think have done 2 HPT thay both said BFN but I am hoping that because thay are the cheap Ebay ones that thay are not working. but I do have 8 of them and thay to call out to me from the bathroom cupboard
Even if I do get a BFN and AF shows up at least I will no my dates again because at the moment I have no idea after the MC
We are also not telling people that we are trying as I get sick of people asking are you PFG yet I no thay mean well but it does wear a little thin.

Hey Taylors_mum - Looks like we are at about the same stage at the moment! My cycles are usually 25-28days, so Af due anytime between tomorow & the 1st, so am testing on the 2nd! I lay there for about an hour this morning trying to convince myself not to test, that it was too soon. I am far too excited at the thought of being preggas again. I am going to try hard to resist the urge again for the next few days. It is just soooooooooo hard!!! I have a test in the cupboard that is calling out to be - but we have to be patient & wait!!

WEll Kmam7273, It looks like we are in the same boat, I just want either A BFP or AF to arrive as well, If AF arrives I will know where I am cause I always had regular cycles before the M/C. I am also usingthe Ebay cheapies and am starting to wonder how accurate they are? As I have been quite nausious today, had heartburn and now I am finding colostrom leaking from one of my breasts (I haven't breastfeed or had any discharges from my breasts in over 6 years.) I think all this must mean one of three things
option 1 - I am actually preggers and the tests are **** (fav option)
option 2- I am about to get AF - Ok with me for the reason I mentioned above
option 3- I am about to or just have O'd - also Ok with me as it still gives me a chance.
So good luck with it all- If nothing has happened for me by Tuesday - I will be going to the Dr to get a BT.
mouse and piglet - just curious, how did your doctor know you were ovulating? and how is that possible without AF?
You can ovulate without AF being there
My DD sleeps through the night only waking once, and apparently if you don't breast feed much during the night the hormone Prolactin (sp) increases, therefore increasing your chances of falling pregnant, they told us we have a 60% chance falling pregnant I also get ovulation pains and when I got the pains last month I used an OPK and got a + but we didn't get the egg! I then decided I wasn't going to waste money on the OPK's and just let things happen when they are meant to!
Your chances must be higher than mine as you are only feeding 3-4 times a day!
I think all this must mean one of three things
option 1 - I am actually preggers and the tests are **** (fav option)
option 2- I am about to get AF - Ok with me for the reason I mentioned above
option 3- I am about to or just have O'd - also Ok with me as it still gives me a chance.

yes any of the above options are fine with me to, on Tuesday is DH birthday so I will buy (from chemist) another Preg test and hopfully give him a nice B'day present
Before i had my DS i was a 28 day kind of girl i would wake in the morning and AF was there stayed 4 days and would be on her merry way But since the arrival of DS anywhere from 28 to 40 days such a pain.
well af arrived for me today much to my sheer delight arggggggggggg now I wish it would just dissapear so I can get on with it!!!!:fingerscrossed: for the rest of you and happy practicing for the rest of us anybody know any good books on conception etc think I would like to do some good reading !!!

Hi Ladies,
We are TTC#2 too!!!
It is very frustrating... :banghead: I just went with the flow first time around (took 5 months), but this time I had it all planned in my mind. I was starting with aiming for late Feb, but really hoping for an Autumn bub and as the months tick by so do my dreams for an Autumn bub! Cycle 1 started on Anzac day and lasted 45 days. I am currently on cycle 2 and up to day 51 :banghead: with no sign of AF and only BFNs.. Oh well....
:fingerscrossed: Good luck to you all...

Hi,
We are ttc #2 as well... and have been having the same probs as a lot of others. Number 1 came wayyy too easy it seems... i was on the pill, had the flu and next thing you know the doctor tells us we are pregnant. This time not so easy...
we have been trying for 5 months now with no luck.... i had an implanon put in jan last year and taken out in march, so we think that this might be why, allthough doc. says its not likely.... had almost all the nasty side-effects tho
anyway good luck to everyone ttc#2.... hope we all get the good news soon :fingerscrossed:

Hi everyone, we are also trying for #2 and getting very impatiant! DS1 took 18mths to concieve (naturally) so i hope we dont have to wait that long this time! i want a small gap!!!! lol i had been on Vitex and my af's were perfect, i was ovulating etc. but stopped taking it when DS went into hospital. im currently on CD27 so if i dont get a BFP or AF in the next few days i am going to start it again....
:fingerscrossed: to everyone today!!!Im going to start trying again for a may baby did anyone else take prenatal vitamins I took solgar prenatal with my dd 23mths and was thinking about taking them again I have heard that elevit are very good anybody had any experience with those as they are quite expensive here in nz.Cant believe that I am looking forward to having ms again and the one million trips to the loo funny how you think I dont ever want that agin but now you are desparate to have!!!:smiliedance: :fingerscrossed: babydust to all!

nmummy - I just bought a bottle of the blackmores pregnancy & breastfeeding vitamins. Same as I did for #1, they had a huge bottle of 100 for $31.95 at the supermarket - so not cheap, but not really expensive.
I was a very bad girl over the weekend! I did a test on CD26 & got a BFN. My cycles vary between 25-28days, and I have been really tired, sore boobs etc, so I was really hopefull. AF still has not showed up & I still have a feeling i might be preggas - but it's probably just wishful thinking. I felt so bummed after getting the BFN - I didn't even tell DH i took the test. I have promised myself I will not test again until the 3rd or 4th if AF still hasn't showed to be sure! But technically if this was a 25day cycle, I am already late, so there is hope!!
:fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed: & lots of baby dust for us all.
Len.....have you told your GP about your long cycles?
Hi cmd'smum, No I haven't yet. I didn't know I had long cycles. I've been on the pill FOREVER (almost)!!! When I came off the pill before having DS, my very first cycle was 45 days - and when it happened again this time, I figured then that must be normal for me. My cycles then settled down to just under 6 weeks a cycle - then I was pregnant. 52 days is a new record for me tho!!
It is just that every day I think, well today MUST be the day... surely!!!!
nmummy - I'm taking the Blackmores pregnancy & breastfeeding vitamins too. Jumbo bottle too. :D
hey brady's mum Im in christchurch I laugh when i read your post as Im the opposite I came from brisbane and moved here seven years ago Im married to a kiwi .Im kiwi born but lived all my life in oz now we have a small kiwi and wanting another as you know.Whereabouts in brissy are you I have just come back from three weeks on holiday in sydney god I miss the shopping here......The blackmores vitamins are they good to get your body into shape for pregnancy or more for when you are pregnant.Someone told me it's quite good if ur hubby takes vitamins too can boost their sperm.
Does anyone know about the "ten day method" I think it's abit of an old wives tale but it went something like this sleep together on the tenth day after your period has started and every second day eg the 10th day 12th day 14th day etc I think thats right but wanted to know if it was so that I could try it out !!!!hmmmmmmmmmm
I am also joining on the TTC bandwagon. We are just going to wait and see how things go... I am still BF my DS who is nearly 9 months old, so hoping that it won't affect concieving too much! :)
:fingerscrossed: and baby dust to all :)

Hi everyone,
Just found this thread and hope its ok if i jump in here we are also TTC#2 this will be our 4 or 5th month i think it seems like taking forever this time. I have been quiet irregular since coming of bcp in jan so i am no relly sure when i o. last cycle ff said my LP was only 6 days so who knows well thats all for now.
:fingerscrossed: and goodluck for everyone
Hi Mel, welcome to ttc#2 :)
I know the feeling, my ovulation is all out of wack since having bubs. (not that it was right before that) iv been taking vitex and its got my cycle almost perfect! but still no bubba so who knows....
Hi there
I'm like Mel and just found this thread, hope you don't mind if I join in... .
We are in the TWW, I'm about 14dpo according to my chart on FF. I did a test today and it was a BFN, sort of expected that.
It took us one and a half months off the pill to conceive DS and we are now in about our 3rd cycle and I have started charting.
The biggest benefit is that I have found out my cycle length (27 days) as I haven't been off the pill for this long in 13 years.
Sending everyone babydust and hope to see some BFP's this month.:yelclap:

Hi everyone just wanted to say :fingerscrossed: and goodluck for everyone TTC#2 and lots of babydust for us all.
I just wanted to say that i am finding the 2nd time around much more stressful than the 1st time around probably as with no1 we got preg 1st cycle of trying but anyway trying to stay positive.
:fingerscrossed: for a +ve very, very, soon
Hi there all! I just found this thread, and hope that I can join in. I see a coiuple of familiar faces.
We are in our 4th cycle ttc #2. I too am findig this very frustrating, as #1 was conceived 1st cycle. DH honestly thought that this one woudl be that easy too.
I don't temp or chart (not going to until I hit 6 months of BFNs), and think that I am about 5DPO. AF due on 15th.
:fingerscrossed: to everyone here. It's great to know that the supprt is out there if you look for it.
hi all I found this website called lullaby conceptions if you google it you will get the address I bought ten pregnancy tests for 22.85 but they are the highly sensitive hcg ones that you can test approx seven days after implantation dont know if anybody else has used them they say that the standard ones people buy are 20miu which you use from day af is due and the ones I purchased are 10miu more sensitive and you test like I said above Im just getting prepared so thought I should have stock and these ones are midstream too so you dont have to do the cup thing anybody else got good ones you can buy or have tried!!!:fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed:

I got 100 for 35.90 incl postage!! (yes 100!!::rolleyes: ) from a website called fertility something, don't remember exactly. But I'm just loving having them in the cupboard to use when I want. I can keep control by making myself only test FMU. But now that I'm cycling again, we'll see how that goes. At least I will have some idea when to test now:yes:
I'm not keeping any in my house at the moment. It's all too tempting.

www.fertilitynaturopath.com is where I got them, but now they only seem to have up to packs of 50 for $29.95:( still good, but I got 100 for close to that, so don't know what's happened there?)
also www.fertilitysolutions.com.au has 100 for $49.95
sorry, that's a shame it's changed like that, I only bought them a month ago:thumbsdown:
Hi Guys,
We are TTC #2 for about 4 months but I'm feeling lucky this month so :fingerscrossed: for all of us. My daughter is 2 in November and cant wait to have another little cherub.
Good luck to all for August and will keep you posted
Wow Kelle, we are in a very similar situation. My DD is 2 on Dec 1, and we are in our 4th cycle TTC#2.
It's nice to 'meet' someone in the same boat.
Welcome!

so, what TTC methods are you all using? For us, we will just observe CM and try to BD on and around EWCM. That's what we did with DD. I need to see how my cycles are going to be now too, so should be a good starting point. I've signed up for fertility friend, so I can keep track there. I know it would be much better to take temps or something, but I seriously don't have the patience...but I won't rule it out if it takes a while;)
We are doing the same. Observing CM and AF at the moment. We've been Bding like mad from like CD9 to about CD19 as I have not seen EWCM the last couple of months, so I don't know when I'm o-ing. Just trying to catch that eggie.
That's all we did with DD and caught it on the first try!
I have decided that I won't go to the lengths of temping until we've had no luck for 6 months.
Thanks Kirst,
We are doing the same method you are. It took a little longer though with our first (about 5-6 months).
Good luck for the coming month
hi everyone... i started off with temping, monitering CM and CP, etcetc... but it stressed me out wayyy to much, so now im just taking vitex and BD'ing like rabbits! :D we have our first fertility clinic visit on the 7th sept. im hoping the same happens this time as it did with ds1 -we found out i was 10wks preg a week before the appointment! wahoo! time will tell i guess....
Well my update is, i have done 3 HPT's all neg  Still no AF, still feeling nauseous and having heartburn etc. Don't know what's going on. :banghead: I used to be very regular before DS, then my first AF returned after his birth last month, and now still nothing! Thought she would have made an appearance by now. So not BD'ing, till AF comes or i get a BFP! Poor DH but ahwell! lol
What day of your cycle are you on?
hi all well was just getting into the swing of things and suddenly I have found out I have strep throat which is a right bugger It has been awful I am on all the drugs now woooohoooooooo but wondering can you still try to concieve while you have been or are on antibiotics I forgot to ask doctor as I was so happ she was giving me such relief anyone got any advise!
nmummy hi i have n idea about ttc while on antibiotics maybe you could ring a chemist and say what tablets you are on and then ask. Goodluck hope you are feeling better soon:)
I am 3dpo and this month we bd at the right time which is cool as my cycles have been all over the place but according to ff we have got it right this month so hopefully this is the month we are going away for a week next week wkich will be good to get my mind of the dreaded 2ww and will be with friends also.
Goodluck everyone and :fingerscrossed: for lots of BFPS!!
Well me BDed like mad around O - I don't temp or use OPKs, so don't know for sure WHEN O was, but I am about 10 or 11DPO. I definitely don't feel pg though.
Oh well, next month.
What day of your cycle are you on?
Well i have to guess cause i don't keep track but i am on about day 38, normally am a 28 day cycle, but am BF and AF only has returned once since having DS. So i have no idea! lol
ok ladies what day will evryone be testing this month it's a bit nail biting to be waiting this long but Im testing on the 3oth of thr month.I hope I stay sane till then :fingerscrossed: that this month is the month and baby dust to all of you!
ok ladies what day will evryone be testing this month it's a bit nail biting to be waiting this long but Im testing on the 3oth of thr month.I hope I stay sane till then :fingerscrossed: that this month is the month and baby dust to all of you!
I think i will be testing around the same time - maybe the 31st. I am a bit confused with my cycles at the moment but i think i will O sometime this week, early next week so i might even have to push testing out till 1-2 September.
I have given up using OPKs as i was stressing myself out so i'm just kind of going with the flo this month.
I did lend my friends maybe baby to play with though but i don't know if i'm using it properly so i'm not relying on it completely. More using it as an interesting reference!!!
Gees i just read my post back and i sound like a rambling idiot!:o
Oh well it must be one of those days. I told my mothers group the other day that its theor fault as half of them are pregnant with their #2 and i think their preggie brains are contagious to me!

I'm only on CD 10 so still waiting to O here. Don't know what will happen as it is my first PP cycle. AF was great, just like it used to be, so hopefully that was a good indicator. It would be great to have some good news to tell by my DD's 1st birthday (1st) or her party (10th)
AF just arrived, so I'm out until next month.....:fingerscrossed: for you all!!!!
Sorry to hear about AF Kirst.... sucks ahy! :fingerscrossed: for next month!!
:fingerscrossed: crossed for next month for you kirst might be joining you yet !!!Ive given up on opk's already too stressfull as I just kept focusing on it too much and peeing on that stick is just like a pregnancy test cant wait for that though babydust to all
I don't temp or OPK or anything, just use dates and CM. So it sucks that it's not until after AF comes that you can ACTAULLY find out for sure when you O. As AF is a tad early, it seems that I O'd a tad earlier than I thought I would. And what do you know? DH was in Brisbane for the rugby, and there was no BDing for 3 days - the only time we skipped this long ALL MONTH - isn't it always the way?!?!?!?!

I am up to CD15 in my first PPAF cycle, so still no idea when to expect O, CM is non-existant ATM......waiting......waiting..
Still no idea what is happening here  AF not here, haven't seen her since last month. Have been feeling crampy the last few nights like AF was on her way, but not here! Still feeling nauseous too! Haven't done a HPT in about a week, don't know whether i should bother or not, or just wait for AF... Going to try and hang in there for another week before i test. I am just thinking my cycle might be longer as i am BF. No idea really! lol
Goodluck to all for BFP's soon! :D

we're on cycle 7 after m/c in Feb. feeling a bit :crying: now, as if m/c hadn't happened I'd be happily waiting for birth of no.2.
Also being 40 I'm a little stressed to say the least that no. 1 will be it and i really really want DS to have a S or B.
Have taken things a bit more seriously now, and decided to see a fertility expert....I'll do IUI or anything else to go again.

Hi guys!!
Man I have no idea whats going on with me atm.
I had IUD out 2 1/2 weeks ago and was supposedly O'ing at the time. Then I had some pink CM last week for about 3days and now nothing, just some slight cramping everynow and then.
I wonder if my body is still getting itself back to normal after having the Mirena out?? Haven't had sore boobs or any AF signs, I feel like I have no cycle at all atm as I have no symptoms !!!
I hope I either am preg already or I get AF soon so I can start figuring out my cycle.
It's weird as its been so long since I had a normal cycle, with Pregancy, then BF then the Mirena I hardly remember what it's like.
I used to be 28days like clockwork every month, so I wonder if it will be different now that I have had a child.
Sorry to hear all the BFN's this month, looks like I will be moving onto Sept now too, as there is only a week and a half left in August, time is going sooo fast!!
i knew i shouldnt have tested BFN :banghead: :banghead:

Hi,
Are TTC #2 also but are starting Clomid fertility treatment soon as no luck so far (and no cycle since before DS who has just turned 15 months). Anyone else conceived on Clomid? Bit scared as it all happened so quickly and unassisted with bubba #1 and wasn't expecting problems with #2.
no af yet but have feeling thats shes gonna come knocking I tested this morning and got bfn  so who knows what goes I will wait and test in another couple of days if af hasnt rung the doorbell by then wouldnt it be an awesome fathers day pressie for my hubby!!!!!!!!!!!!!oh I wish I knew !:fingerscrossed:

I'm surprisingly relaxed Mel, and not stressing too much.
Only about 2 or 3 DPO (CD17) and still 'having fun' with it all. I think that I'm about to get called to bed actually......:D
All is good here - thanks for asking.

Kelle: CONGRATS on your BFP!!!!
Braydsmum - you'll have to let us know how you go at the fertility specialist. I saw the doctor on 25 August and it has been one blood test after another since then but no answer as to why no AF for so long. At least I feel like I am doing something towards getting that BFP!

hi
we're having our first appointment with fertility doc on 08/09. ironically my son's 2nd b'day. we've been trying for most of this year after m/c in Feb.
It is much frustrating as with some of you I conceived within first month. my added complication is that I am 40...so time is ticking away.
I know we are both healthy so no reasons to suspect we cant conceive #2 with a bit of help.
good :fingerscrossed: to all....
hi all well af showed three days late bugger, bugger ,bugger if she has to come she should have come on time so nobody gets there hopes up like me!!!feeling abit sad about the whole thing as my friend who just suffered a miscarriage in july found out while she was at my house yesterday thats she's pregnant of course Im happy for her but sad for me wo is me kind of thing:gloomy: baby dust to all of you for bfp's:fingerscrossed:

I've had long and unpredictable cycles since having DS but Thursday I had full ferning on maybe baby, a + OPK and EWCM for the first time so :smiliedance: yay something must be happening. Hopefully in two weeks time AF won't show her ugly head and I'll FINALLY get a BFP
yay I really hope you do get a bfp keeping everything crosssed except my legs if ya know what I mean baby dust to you a biig sprinkle of it!!!!:yelclap: :fingerscrossed:
Fingers crossed to those ladies testing soon. And a HUGE Congrats to Kelle on your BFP!!! Nice work! LOL
I think AF has showed up which was nice of her since i haven't seen her since July! Very annoying, used to have such regular cycles, now it's all over the shop, hope it settles soon, might have something to do with BF DS though. So at least i know where i am starting at, i might be able to time it better and get a BFP soon! :D Goodluck everyone and :fingerscrossed:
Hi all. Add me to the list of TTC for number 2. It is exciting as we didn't actually try for our first! I am feeling a little anxious and the whole waiting thing does not suit me! AF is due towards the end of month, around the 25th. Hope you are all well and not stressing too much! My hubby and I have already started talking about all the things we will need like pram and car seat!
Anyone else getting baby belly envy every time they go to the shops? There seems to be pregant women everywhere I turn at the moment.
Starting Provera next Monday so hopefully will induce AF for the first time since before bubba #1 - never been so keen to see it before!
Good luck catching that egg tomsmum2005 :fingerscrossed: and hope that a BFP is at the end of the long wait Kirst.

I also just got AF yay!!! I am happy because it's the first I have had since I had my IUD out a month ago so now I can start charting my cycles.
I am going to NZ for two weeks tomorrow without DH so I am probably going to be O'ing over there and will miss the egg this month. AHHHHHHHHHHhh well
I'll just have to get over it and wait another month lol!!
Good luck to everyone testing this month. I will test on the 30th Sept but I doubt I am going to have any luck with my circumstances this month.
well hi all i havent posted ina while but have been reading i have been a bit down this month but wanted to say goodluck and :fingerscrossed: for everyone.
I think i am o'ing anytime now instead of temping and stuff we are just going by days as my cycle has been regular the last 2 mths 28 then 29 days so a friends OB said to BD every 2nd day from day 10 to day 18 so will see how that goes for this month well that is all

Hi all Im new on here and weare currently trying to conceive number two my daughter is 23mths old and there seems to be so much Ive forgotten like how much folic acid Im worried about extra weight gainetc would just really love another group of yummy mummyies trying for no 2 to share the journey with!!!
Hi we're ttc #2 as well, we already have a daughter who will be 2 in October :)
Hello this is our 4th month of trying to conceive #2! I used clomid this cycle and also we tried "Pre seed". I honestly thought that after reading all the testimonials, that pre seed would have worked for us:gloomy: I go to see my Ob on friday, and i think im going in for another laparoscopy, just to check that my endo hasnt returned!! Goodluck to all TTC #2, im an emotional wreck ...
Well that's what we're here for Jay. So that you can be an emotional wreck with other emotional wrecks
We're all here for each other so please feel free to vent. :hugs:
Hi everyone,
Glad I am not the only one whose green eyed monster has been rearing its ugly head at the sight of bubba bellies! Had another mum at playgroup announce her pregnancy this morning making her the 6th out of the 10 of us. Feeling a little left behind, especially since DH and I agreed not to tell anyone about TTC #2 because we're not sure if or when the fertility treatment will work. Don't think I could deal with being constantly asked how things are going when they seem to be going nowhere fast!
Braydsmum - good luck with Clomid - keep me updated so I know what to expect when we finally get to that point!
mel06 - congrats on the regular cycle - never know, next one might be the charm!
Jay - :hugs: . Lots of hugs! Good luck at the Obs and with your laparoscopy. As Kirst said, feel free to vent because we are all here to listen - your frustration is perfectly understandable!
Good luck to everyone testing this week!:smiliedance:
I did not have the best pregnancy with the first one so I get more jealous when I see a newborn baby! I want the whole pregnancy part over with and the baby here. hehe Though at times the feeling of a baby growing inside of you is amazing. Hugs and :fingerscrossed: to all testing soon. I am not due for AF till the last week of the month. Just wish I could relax and not think about it!

Well we decided we would, then decided that we'd wait a couple of cycles, let me get back to normal (well what is normal?!!), but then when we BD on sat night stephen decide he wouldn't cover up IYKWIM!! And if (that is a big if) i am to go straight to a 28 day cycle, o day is today. So figure there's still a possiblilty of falling this month. suppose we'll see in a couple of wks. I would highly doubt it though as i've only just gone off the pill. I'm just not good at predicting ovulation. As i went off the pill to allow the pigmentation in my skin settle then we had a mutual agreement that if it happens it happens and about 7 mths later i find out i'm approx 5wks preg with my son!! But did have some niggling pains last night in my lower abdomen, both sides, could this be o pain?? I also had a little EWCM, but not heaps. Just a little today. Does this sound right to everybody?? Sorry, sounds a little silly but never really paid much attention to when my body's ovulating, never really had too! Also, when i told my mum i was going off the pill, i didn't really get the reaction i wanted. I thought she'd be stoked, but trying to convince me that i should wait another 6 mths cause she doesn't want Ethan to miss out on my attention due to being busy with a newborn. Anyways, sorry to ramble on and on!! This is all new to me! Which seems strange considering this would be my 2nd baby!! hope you all have a good night.

Hi Ethan's Mummy:wave:
I think your Mum was over reacting a bit. Ethan will be over 2 by the time you have the next one, which i think is quite a good age gap. I wouldn't worry about what she thinks, just do what you feel is right.
Ethan and my bub have the same birth date! And we're now ttc #2. AF is a day late so :fingerscrossed:
Hope AF stays away for you too:fingerscrossed:

Hi doinmybest!
Well i figure that by the time i actually conceive she'll be fine and over the moon. Especially if it's a girl!!! I think it's a cool birth date, easy to remember! Just after i had Ethan, i figured i would want another one around about when he's two and thought it would be cool if bub no 2 was born on the 05/06/07!!! I had an emerg c-section with Ethan so all i gotta do is fall preg at the right time, elect for a c-section (save 18hrs of labour then to be told i need a c-section) but now there's only this month that it could happen so unless AF doesn't show up it ain't happening. Oh well! As long as the baby is healthy that's all that worries me!!
Hope everyone is well

Welcome Ethan's mummy and Cody'smummy:wave: !
Ethan's mummy- Don't you love the way everyone else has an opinion on pregnancy and child rearing and is so happy to give their advice, even if it is not wanted! You and your fiance are the only ones who know when you are ready for bub #2, so go with your heart!
Hope your PG symptoms hang around and AF stays away borntobemummy and sorry to hear about WW arriving Kirst and tomsmum2005. Maybe October will be your lucky month!

Well I've decided to not put pressure on myself to concieve this month, instead I'm going to focus on losing some weight because I really need to do that. Today is day 1 on the Tony Ferguson diet, I'll stick to it until I ovulate (usually around CD30)and then go back to normal eating for the TWW. I'd really like to lose 5 kilos in that time and :fingerscrossed: that helps me concieve sooner. I don't expect to concieve this cycle but you never know.
You've got similar thoughts to me, but I'm not sure about Tony Ferguson. Will ahve another think about it. I would like to drop 5kgs too. We will be good motivators for each other. :yelclap:

LOL. I hadn't thought about that. If i am preggers that will put me due about 21 May, so i'll have to be 2 weeks overdue to have this one on 5/6/07, so hopefully that won't happen!

Evening everyone,
First i'll say congrats to borntobemummy. Hope you have a pleasant and wonderful pregnancy!
Nothing really new here, except for finding people all around us are pregnant! A few of stephen's old work mates, one of my mates is preg with her 2nd. I'm sure my time will come whenever it's ready!!! Can't expect too much it's only our first month off the pill!! Had to edit cause i forgot to tell everybody that Ethan, who is 17 mths old, did his first wee on the potty tonight. I know it doesn't class as TTC but i am so proud of him. Plus he had to stand up and wee like his daddy! Was so cute!!!
doin'mybest - No, don't want to be that overdue! Hypothetically (sp?) if i was preg now, due date would be either 4th or 6th of june!!! So just maybe!!!! :)
Tomsmum - You'll probably find that when your least expecting it you'll get that BFP that you've been waiting for. i have my :fingerscrossed: for you! Hope everything goes well with the tony ferguson diet.
nmummy - Lots of babydust to you. Hopefully it will all happen for us sooner than later.
Kirst - Hope everything works out for you with the Tony Ferguson diet, it's always good to have a motivator.
Moosmum - Well that's it!! I really do think mum is coming around! When i'm pregnant it will be completley different, i know it will!!! She told me today that two is a good number of kids to have!
Anyways, i might go and wake stephen up and tell him to go to bid! He's fallen asleep on the lounge as per usual! LOL!!!
Have a good night everybody
Kasey
