Scratching

Hi,
I am new to this but i think i have finally worked out what to do, i hope i am in the right place LOL
Just wondering if anyone can offer any advice, i have a 20mth old jaz and a 5mth chloe and jaz has only recently just going in for face scratching on clo , myself and other children when we are out. I have tried explaining that it hurts and sitting her down but she seems to just go for it even more. I am starting to see RED :mad: as she is making clo bleed and also anyone else that she can get her hands on. I really don't know what to do about it, when i spoke to the clinic they said it was normal and she would grow out of it BUT surley there is something that i can do to try and stop her????

Maybe Jaz could be curious or jealous of Chloe.. can you see any obvious signs as to why Jaz is doing it ?

Hi,

She loves her, and constantly kisses her and cuddles her and then will just turn out of the blue and do it for no apparent reason.
I think it could be slight jelousy issues but i spend a lot of 1 on 1 time with her as well as the baby.
But she aslo does it other children when we are out i'm just not sure how to get her to understand that she can't do. I tried getting her to say sorry after she has hurt somone, so now she does it and then straight away says sorry! i don't think she understands! (:idea: mmm although they are so smart i think she might!)BUT i just don't think i can leave it without trying to get her to understand.
