Question about 2yo and baby beehinds.

I would like to know a couple of things about the baby beehinds

1, my 2yo son weighs 16kgs and was wondering if anyone else has a child around the same size using the beehinds of a night,

2, the large PUL what is the measurement of the waist? I would like to know so I could measure DS1 waist,

3, would I just need the one booster?
