Can DS2 be intolerant to milk as well?

Is there any of you who have found both or more children have been intolerant to lactose I am due for DS2 on the 4th Aug and would like to know if i will have to go through that with him as well???
It's true I may not know until he comes along but should I buy a tin of lactose free formula as back up or do I trial and error for a little while. I breast and bottle fed DS 1 as he was always very hungry and I was always exhausted. Should I hope for the best or assume it will be just as painful this time round as well??? How would I find out as soon as he is born???

i wonder the same thing about my ds2 who is due in october. there is formulas for children at risk of having allergies, i think one is Nan HA but i could be wrong.the only way you would really know is if bub was tested while you were in hospital i guess.
