In a couple of weeks, my two eldest will start 3 and 4 yo kinder, dancing and swimming lessons....

There is at least one thing on every day

monday 9-10.30 pnd support group

tuesday 8.45-11.45 4yo kinder

wednesday 8.45-10.45 3yo kinder
9-9.30 4yo swimming
12-4pm 4yo kinder

thursday 1-4pm 4yo kinder

friday 12.30-2.30 3yo kinder

saturday 10-10.30 3yo swimming (DP will take)
10.15-11am 4yo dancing

and somewhere in there the washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and baby wrangling.....

Any advise from all you incredible mammas on how to keep it all together? I'm nervous.....

wow. Ffrenchstar...guess this is only the beginning....
Do you use a calendar to keep everyone on track?
I plan to pack everything the night before, unpack as soon as we get home.

Any other tips?

Packing the night before is definitely the way to go:yes: Also, we have a bag of colouring in/activity books and pencils near the front door ready to take for the children who aren't particpating. Snacks ready to go is handy as well.

I have to have a calendar. I use two actually, my diary and a monthly calendar (so I can plan ahead)
Organise menus so on your busy days you can plan a quick meal. Even cook double quanties so you can freeze half and defost it on a busy day.

Your days don't look too busy, especial with all the kinder time (do you have to stay with them?) you have a fair bit of free time so use that time to shop or clean or just relax and have a coffee with a friend.

Can I just say too its a mindset.
These are not things you have to do, these things are an investment in your child's life and can actuall make home life better because your child is stimulated. For me that makes me more willing to ferry the kids here and there.
And just know that if you can't cope they are not life or death activities that you child has to do with the exception of the swimming lessons( I think every child should do them).
Chin up, this is what we do, multitask.
