My daughter was 2 in June and has always been a big bottle drinker. She would have 4 (250ml) bottles a day and eat good aswell. Well now she is getting over a bout of tonsilitis she is only having a bottle in the morning (first thing). I am using this as a good time to cut the two day time ones out (10.30am and 3pm) as since she was sick she went off them anyway.
Well today she has only had one bottle all day (breakfast) and seems happy enough (asked for a bottle a couple of times but no tears). Being 2 years old its not as if she needs them any more, they are more a comfort than a necessity.
My question is...............is this enough milk for the day?? She won't drink any out of a cup at all. I suppose i am just worrying a bit because she has gone from having 4 to having 1 in a matter of a week. she is eating well now her throat isn't hurting her as much.
Should i be worrying soo much about the bottles. I am pregnant again and due in November so i am hoping this will make things easier with a new bub around with her not wanting them all day long and when we go out we don't have to worry about packing bottles for the day. Sorry this is soo long :ecomcity: :ecomcity: :ecomcity:
Thanks for listening.
