At the moment ds has a good night routine going, he has a bath at about 5.30-6, a bottle at about 6-6.30, and in bed by 7pm. I get him up for a dreamfeed at 10.30 and then he will usually sleep till about 6.30am.
Then during the day, he just naps wherever he falls asleep, eg. his rocker, the pram etc. sometimes they are longish naps (about an hour or so) other times they are about 20 mins, or he might get woken up by his sister. Some days he will only have about four 20 min naps. But I have noticed that his sleepy times and the times he is most likely to fall asleep are around 8am, 12pm and 4pm.
Anyway should I start putting him into his cot for daytime sleeps? I don't want to muck up the good night time routine we have going, and regardless of how much he has (or hasn't) slept during the day, he still sleeps well at night.. so should I just leave it the way it is for now? Or get him used to set nap times?
