Would AF cause this?

I've just noticed that DD's right nipple is a bit swollen. I have just got AF back :( and was wondering if it could be the change in hormones?

is there anything else that you can see at her nipple? it's not a mossie bite or something else like that?
do you think if it was hormone related both her nipples would be swollen rather than just one?

if it was a hormonal thing, i don't think I would be suprised much as I remember one of my lo had that ghost period thingo after birth where my hormones affected her. but I'd also want to be careful that if it was something else that was more serious it be looked at.

No there is no bite or redness just looks bigger iykwim It's gone down again today. I'll keep an eye on it.
