Nurofen and vomiting

Hiya everyone

I am just a little curious here, we have been giving dd some nurofen before her bedtime bottle if her teeth have been making her crabby, just to give her a little releif. Last night, I forgot to give it before the bottle, so I just gave it to her afterwards, and within about 30 seconds of giving her the first little bit she started to vomit everywhere, bringing up the bottle and her dinner from a couple of hours before. She has done this once previously in the same sort of situation, but when we give her the nurofen before the bottle there is no problem at all. Has anyone else had this type of problem, or is it just us???
