Unfortunately no matter what we do sometimes you just get sick!

In the space of 3 weeks... DH had the flu, I got the bug and turned it into what I thought was going to be tonsilitis (as i get it very easily) but it seemed to start to go away then flaired up again as a Chest Infection.. I was starting to get over that (with antibiotics) when DH got a bad cough and cold and now I have a bad cough! (that horrible kind where you cough and cough and cough until your about to choke and then your all ok for another few minutes! lol)

All of this when our ducted heating has broken down which probably didnt help! (and we are waiting on a part so its still not fixed:thumbsdown: )

We both have been seeing a naturopath for months, we both eat a varied healthy diet and we both excercise at least 4-5 times a week! We shouldnt be getting sick at all! :banghead:

hmm..the gas is a big no. no gas here. however when we moved in it was freshly painted and carpeted. That may be a big thing.

I will visit the natropath. I think this is probably the next option for us.

Its so exhausting being sick all the time. Thanks for the advise.

Does any one know any specific foods that are better to eat than others. We eat a lot of brocolli and drink a lot of oj. But sometimes you get stuck in the same diet and dont introduce other things which can help. ? Can you give toddlers spinach?
