aghhhhh need IVF help!!! CRINONE!

aghhhhhhhhhhhh okay this is going to be faaaar too much info.....

So i am using crinone still.

I just did one 1 hr ago. I just got up and needed to do a number 2, and clearly constipates, and so i pushed a little bit, (okay alot) and when i wiped a HUGE clump of crinone cr@p came out!!!!!! Should i do another pessery???? up until now i have had no pessery clumps on my undies or anything, and now it was like a little mountain of crinone cr@p!!!!

Firstly.... congrats on the pregnancy!!! What wonderful news. :smiliedance:

It is my understanding that crinone (progesterone) is absorbed pretty quickly, so if a lump fell out after an hour, it should be okay as your body would have absorbed the progesterone by then. Also, you haven't lost any clumps until now so it could be old crinone anyway.

If in doubt, you could always do another crinone application as it will put your mind at ease a little and it is my understanding that the extra progesterone wont do any harm.

It's so hard not to stress in the first stages of early pregnancy. I was always stressing over everything, but I'm sure you'll be okay.

I found it best to manually sorry its TMI remove the excess in the shower in the mornings. It does/can build up.

With my first IVF pregnancy I didnt realise it built up and had to go to the doctor as I had alot stuck inside. So after that lesson I made sure to clear the way before introducing more. Doc said it was a good thing to do as it would have been hard to absorb with the build up.
