Has anyone had any experience with AIH (atrificial insemination) and have any advice on how to cope with the proceeding two weeks waiting to find out possible success? My husband and I have just gone through this process for the first time and many tears were shed at first sign of spotting - although apparently this does not mean mission has failed. Would love to have some feedback on this, and from men too as it would be interesting to get your perspective......
