Noise

MY DS who is 3 1/2 has the last two nighst decided to start the night in his own bed, which i am fine with. He however wakes up when i turn the tv and lights off when I am going to bed. Our place is small so I can see how he hears it in his room and all, just wondering maybe would playing a cd quietly in his room on repeat help this, and if so, what kinda cd wouold be good?

We have the radio on very softly in the little ones bedrooms all night otherwise, DD2 especially wakes up screaming and nothing will settle her.

We used to play a lullaby cd but DS decided to 'skate' on it through the house, so it no longer works .. but the radio seems to work for her as well.
