Liam is so cranky tonight, and to make matters worse, he just accidentally slammed himself in the head with his crab rattle.

What ideas have you got for soothing him? He's bounced for a little in the jolly jumper , been sung too, rocked and is currently helping me typr this out.,

does he like bath time? my son loves bath time so its often a great way to calm him down.
i just stry all his favourite things, and if nothing works i just cuddle him and tell him how cute he is while he pulls my hair! that always makes him happy!! lol

When my bubs is like that, I turn the lights dim, pop on my favourite CD and dance with her in my arms around the lounge room. It usually bops her to sleep or close to, and relaxes me at the same time!

yeah thats a great idea. i found the classical music is good for settling bubs down too. i just borrowed own of those baby einstein cds from the library and it worked a treat so i just downloaded classical songs off the net and made him his very own cd
