My Dh and I ,
Let our 13 year old Dd stay over her friends house tonight ,
It's a first and a BIG deal
but I know I have to let go and now Some of the Cotton Wool is off ,
I know what teens get up to I was one of them :rolleyes:
but trust is a strong word and we do trust her ,
I'm sure she will have a wonderful time ,
it's hard being a parent worry worry :rolleyes:.

I'm a Worry Wart :o
I just rang to say goodnight and she's having a blast I can hear laughing ,
so all is good :D

How did her sleep over go?

she had so much fun , she was telling me about it and still is talking LOL.

How did her sleep over go?
Did you get any sleep from being a worry wart? it took a while to get to sleep but I know she was having fun so that helped me .

I know how you feel, im a cotton wool mum too but i am yet to let go of any cotton wool. Camp with school this year will be a huge step for me.

I'm dreading when my kids get to this age :crying: I'm a cotton wool mum too and make no apologies for that.

Glad she had a ball:D
