Let me start of by saying how sorry I am that your son and you are going through this.

Have you given DOCS specific information? What I mean by this, is have you documented the times, dates etc of when you knew your ex's fiancee had abused your son? Did you take pictures of the marks/bruises? Did you tell DOCS that your ex is aware of the abuse his fiancee inflicts on your son when he is in his care and has declared this to you himself? Did you make a written report to them and talk to someone in person or has all contact been over the phone?

Yep, you can call the DOCS office closest to you and arrange to go in and speak to someone. I'm pretty sure that an appointment is needed though unless it's an absolute emergency.

Firstley i would be getting him into counselling,that can also be useful in court as she will have documented things your son has said regarding his dads house

And then ild be speaking to docs in person and get there advice

also if he wont talk to you civially could you try a mediation to get your point across carmly without him biting your head off,do you think he would do this? Then you may be abke to sort out some kind of agreement with the gf situation
