I have a couple of tins of condensed milk but dont have recipes with it.

Does anyone have yummy recipes that use condensed milk? I was going to make rum balls but no one eats them...

Cheers

Salad dreswsing! Mix a tin with some malt vinegar and mustard powder until you get the taste you like (either more on the "tart" side, or sweeter).

Great with chicken, or drizzled on salad.

Lemon Cheese cake.

1 packet of arrowroot or milk biscuits crushed
melted butter until it the mixture holds together so you can line the tins bottom and sides with the mixture. Use a expanding tin. Put tin in the fridge to harden up before adding cream mixture.

250gm philly cheese lite or full
1 tin condensed milk skim or full
lemon juice I use half a cup off it but keep tasting the mixture as u pour it in it really depends on how tangy u like things.

Beat all together until soft and fluffy and pour into the tin then put in the fridge until ready to serve.

:sunshine: ICE-CREAM!

Whip the condensed milk with 600ml of cream until it is the consistency of whipped cream, then add your favourite chocolate or lolly or fruit and freeze.

It is the yummiest, creamiest ice-cream and best of all you know exactly what has gone into it.

I love peppermint crisp or voilet crumble mixed through ours. Very naughty but very yummy!

Stir in coconut until you can roll balls with the mixture. Cook in the oven. YUMMY! :chef:
